LOGISTICS AND AMENITIES:
Free wireless internet access will be available in the Exhibit Hall and throughout the venue. All meals and refreshments will be served in the Exhibit Hall, and Sponsors and Exhibitors are welcome and encouraged to enjoy their meals with the attendees. Each booth space will be provided with tables and chairs. Limited Electrical outlets are available on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given in order of sponsorship level.

Shipping Direct to the Venue
Exhibitors who wish to do so may ship their display materials directly to the venue. Shipments must be delivered no earlier than October 15, and shipment pickup must occur no later than 5:00pm, October 19. There are no size or weight restrictions, but exhibitors with extremely large or otherwise atypical shipments are encouraged to contact the event planning committee as soon as possible to verify.
Exhibitors must indicate their assigned booth number in the “care of” field as demonstrated below. Address all shipments to:
Setup & Teardown
Dismantling must not begin prior to close of Exhibit Hall hours on Thursday, October 18. All materials must be dismantled and removed from the Exhibit Hall by 7:00pm Thursday, October 18th.

Travel & Accommodation
Jackson Evers International Airport • JAN
If traveling by air, we recommend that you fly into Jackson Medgar Wiley Evers International Airport (JAN). The airport is located approximately 30 minutes from the official hotels, and 45 minutes away from the event venue. Both Uber and Lyft services are available from JAN, as are the usual rental car agencies and black car services.
